Ingredients: 100% natural, made of desi cow based products – Gauras, Gaumay, Gau milk, Gau curd, Brahmi, Shankhpushpi and Tulsi.

Direction to use: Slightly warm the preparation by keeping the bottle in warm water for sometime. Lie down on bed and put one drop of Nasya into each nostril.
Slowly inhale it and such that you feel the drop reaching inside. Lie down for at least 10 minutes in the same position.
