Buckwheat Flour is consumed during fasts by many people because it prepares the body to combat the change of season. It is very popular for people trying to reduce calories as it is very low in calories. The perfect gluten-free alternative to wheat flour. It helps against digestive issues, maintaining blood sugar and cholesterol. Therefore, it is good for your heart health. It is rich in Vitamins, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Zinc.
