‘Being Desi’ brand - Ghee is 100% pure Desi Ghee of indigenous cow made in traditional method of setting full cream desi cow milk in a clay vessel. When set as curd it is hand churned (bilona) using Jamun Wood Churner. Cream is then cooked on low flame and gradually it turns into ghee. This ghee is very high in nutrition and medicinal as it is churned at low speed and cooked on low flame, retaining its nutritional value to the maximum.

Nutrition Fact: Gir Cow ghee has all the necessary nutrients along with antiviral, antioxidant, antifungal and antibacterial properties. Cow ghee contains a high amount of saturated fat, which is approximately 7.9 grams per serving. Just as all fats, cow ghee is comparatively high in calories; roughly one tablespoon of serving contains 112 calories.

How to use: Traditionally all Indian sweets, parantha, tempering of Daals is done in Desi Ghee. However, since this ghee is very high in nutrition value it is recommended to be given to children or adults facing malnourishment. Ideally one teaspoon of Vedic ghee should be given to growing kids before meal for maximum benefit.

How to store: Store the ghee in an airtight bottle away from sun light. Expiry 9 months from the date of packing.
