Roasted Cashew Recipe:

Rinse and chop herbs of your choice. Wash the cashews and drain them completely. Then, add ginger, garlic, salt, chaat masala, your herbs, ajwain and red chilli powder. Mix well. Next, add gram and rice flour and coat the cashews. Add 1 tablespoon of water and mix well.

Now you can either bake it in the preheated oven at 180° for 15 min while stirring them lightly after half the time. You can also deep fry or air fry the cashews. That's all you need to do to get a delicious and healthy snack.

How to Store: Keep in an airtight container. In the fridge or freezer, they can live longer.
