Ingredients: Foxtail Millet / Kangni Flour, Fortified Wheat Flour, Cold Pressed Til Oil (also knows as Ghanuka Oil in Telugu language), Salt and Purified Water.
Tastemaker Masala: Contains Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Ginger, Salt and other spices.
Method to Cook: Boil 180 gms Foxtail Millet / Kangni Noodles in 1 litre of water for 3 minutes. Drain water and keep the noodles aside. Then in a Kadhai (Frying pan), add some oil and fry your choice of veggies, sauté them for sometime and add the Tastemaker to it. Mix everything thoroughly and add the boiled noodles to it. Stir to mix properly. Your Foxtail Millet / Kangni noodles are now ready to eat.
