How to Use / Recipe Ideas

Recipe: Vegetable Jowar Upma
Boil three cups of water in a deep pot. Add soaked unpolished jowar daliya and salt. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes until soft and slushy.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add rai (mustard seeds), hing (asafoetida), dried red chilli, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
Add green chilli, ginger, and onion. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add bottle gourd and capsicum. Cook for five minutes until vegetables soften.
Add boiled peas, tomatoes, turmeric, and salt. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the cooked jowar daliya and lime juice.
Mix well, cook for another minute, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot.
Storage Keep it in an airtight container to maintain freshness and prevent moisture.
