1. Availability of Products
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of packing your order, we will inform you. If your order is prepaid, the same amount will be refunded using your preferred method of online payment. This situation may arise as we do not store products in large quantities. Most of Eat Right Basket’s grocery items, such as daals, dalia, sattu, besan, and flours, are processed in small batches to ensure you receive freshly made products. Occasionally, unfavourable weather conditions may delay processing, resulting in a temporary shortage of supply from our unit. However, we make every effort to maintain an adequate supply at our warehouse in Noida.
2. Delivery Limitations for Certain Categories
Fresh items such as vegetables, fruits, exotic produce, bakery products, mushrooms, chocolates, and cheese are not available outside Delhi NCR. This limitation is indicated in the image of such products. If you are located outside Delhi NCR and have missed this information and proceeded to order such items, you will be informed by the website during checkout.
3. Pre-order:
Items marked as 'Pre-order Only' are exclusively delivered within the Delhi NCR region.
These items will be delivered the next day, as they are prepared or procured fresh due to their short shelf life. If you are ordering such items along with others, our customer care team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp message to arrange the delivery date of your products.
4. Delivery Time
Our Customer Care Service will share the delivery date and estimated time with you via WhatsApp message or email, depending on your preference. If you wish to request a change, please contact us at our Customer Care number +91 98215 82424, send a message, or email us regarding the same.
5. Mode of Delivery
We deliver orders within Delhi NCR via our own delivery team and third-party app-based porter services. If a third-party service is used, you will be informed categorically via WhatsApp. Please do not pay anything to the third-party service. Outside the Delhi NCR region, doorstep delivery is made using a third-party app-based service. Our Customer Care Service will share the delivery challan with you so you can track your order. You will also receive regular updates regarding the status of your order from the delivery service.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not based on the weight or volume of your order or your location. We have standard delivery charges for both Delhi NCR and outside Delhi NCR orders. We charge a fixed fee of Rs. 40/- for orders within Delhi NCR and Rs. 99/- for orders outside Delhi NCR. To find out your total cost, simply add the desired and available items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for exceptionally large or heavy items. Our Customer Care Executive will contact you to inform you of any additional charges. Delivery will be confirmed only when you agree to and pay these charges via any online payment method. Shipping charges are subject to change according to the company's policy, and the updated charges will be reflected at checkout.
7. Items Damaged During Transportation
If, at the time of delivery, you find that either the packing or any item is damaged, please take a video and photos from different angles and share them with us at +91 98215 82424. You can also call us or write to us at care@eatrightbasket.com. Please do not discard the original packing until we provide you with a solution/return pickup.
